Delivery times may vary. You will be contacted and advised at our earliest convenience of any changes. All hair deliveries are tracked and must be signed for. This is to ensure safe delivery of your goods.
Exchanges and Refunds
We do not accept refund on items which are personalised to you or item which are not suitable for return for hyigene reasons. The expectation of this is where a product has arrived faulty or incorrect and we will exchange this for you. If this is the case, please email us at [email protected] and a member of our customer service team will get back to you and make the necessary arrangements.
Shipping
We would recommend doing a track and send service when sending any products back to us. This will be your guarantee they have been received. Hair By Nadege Creation are not liable for any lost returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You will be notified when they are on their way.
